Need to see the condition of the wall. Must get a feel for what you want/mural placement/how large etc.
Technology allows us texting pics for wall view & email for detailing before finalization onsite/contract/downpayment to schedule.
I cannot sketch your vision from your mind, only out of my own. Artists love freedom if you give it.

I'm a FLAT Rate Artist, not by the hour, not by the square foot or a chart. Each mural is different..

**FLAT RATE. PER EACH WALL. You want more than 1 wall mural? Rate still per wall.
**Email image(s) & Measure Approx Size Tall & Wide you want your mural image on wall.
**Negotiate is by Sizing. You want 2pay less, no problem, we'll size it to your price.

*50%Down of the entire amount is required for scheduling your mural.
We will both sign basic office supply style contract copy & some very basic sketches on your contract & estimated time for completion.
After 12yrs painting murals, time estimate is pretty close, I usually guestimate a bit longer than I need.
Brake jobs are comparible because the parts&labor are relatively the same, then it's beat the price. Art is way different!
Art jobs are not apples to apples from artist to artist. Style of painting to rates, every mural will be different.
I do not present exact drawings per mural, as gallery & references represent credibility to my work quality.
If I have to drive more than 1 hour for working on your project, I may add a small travel fee, but that will be included in your quote.
*Balance is due upon the day of completion.
***PRICE FACTORS***
*Size of the mural. Height and width is only 1 factor, but murals take fill in time, it's not a 1coat to make it evenly filled in.
*Detail level...low, medium & high, that will be determined during negotiations.
*TIME. GAS. Toll Charges. My time & talent, I work hard & will not quit unless it's GOOD,no shoddy work, view my gallery.
*Ceiling work or Floor work. This is hard work for the artist's back or knees calculates higher rate.
*20feet up will cost extra..between risk factor and the cost of safe scaffling. Moms have 0 time to be hurt.
* Designs for ALL Budgets=Rates are Negotiable....within reason~!
Many folks have spent $$$ on decor OR they're not quite finished yet..
High end decor is very expensive I fully understand, so I respectfully must say..
MURALS are *Labor Intensive *Hand-Painted *CUSTOM WORK ***don't ask for 2days labor for 200$, it's no***

After Agreement Signed with 50% downpayment:
NO Additions OR Adjustments in Details w/o Updated Contract & Additional charges.
Adding or Changing ANYthing, Regardless Whatever, isn't just bit more paint, it's MY TIME.
Some Artists rate by DAY, regardless of using half a day & yet still charging fullday rate & that is their right to do so..I'm flat rate.
Each artist's style/rate is individual & not comparible. ART not Brake Repair.
Jenneyefer's Murals are in Rockwall, Rowlett, Mesquite, Grand Prairie, Sunnyvale, Heath, Frisco, McKinney, Lancaster..Tulsa..
